2. Order Processing Time
- Regular orders: 3–5 business days to process.
- Pre-order or restocking items: longer processing time (see product description).
- If an item is out of stock, we will email you. Please reply within 3 days, otherwise we will refund the outofstock item and ship the rest.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
3. How to Track Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
- Orders ship from our overseas warehouse.
- Tracking info may take 1–3 days to update after shipment.
- Tracking Update Reminder:
If your order processing time exceeds 7 business days, please contact our customer service team to confirm your order status.
Additionally, if you do not receive any tracking update within 3 business days after shipment, please reach out to us — we will assist you in checking the status.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately.
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
- We will do our best to assist in the investigation. However, once the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to customs or carrier issues. We are not responsible for such delays.
5. Customs & Duties (Important for UK & US)
- UK customers: As a UK-registered company, all domestic orders are processed inclusive of standard taxes. No additional customs fees, import VAT, or duties will be charged upon delivery. The total amount paid at checkout is final.
- US customers: Orders with a total value under $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties and customs fees under current regulatory thresholds. For orders exceeding this amount, any applicable duties or clearance fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We cannot modify orders while they are held by customs.
Please contact us before placing an order if you have concerns about customs fees. - For customers in the United States: All orders are processed in British Pounds (GBP). During checkout, your card issuer or PayPal will automatically convert your total to USD at their current exchange rate. Please note that the final amount charged to your card may slightly vary from the website price due to the exchange rate used by your financial institution or payment provider.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please doublecheck your address at checkout.
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately via support@meriple.com.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee. We will contact you to confirm the correct delivery address before resending.
- Once the package has left our facility, address changes may not be possible.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- We cannot change an order once it is placed.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
8. Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the 48 contiguous United States only. Note: We do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, any U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
9. Package Returned to Sender
If your package is returned to us for any reason (e.g., address error, unclaimed), please contact support@meriple.com for assistance. Re-shipping fees will apply.
10. No Shipment Notification Email?
- Check your email address and spam/junk folder.
- Log in to your account to check order status.
11. No Tracking Update?
- 1–3 days after shipment: normal delay while carriers arrange space.
- Within estimated delivery time: tracking may only update at key points.
- No update for more than 5 days → please contact us.
