Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
We want you to love your Meriple headwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be mailed back within this window.
Item Condition (Important)
To receive a full refund, returned items must be in their original, unused condition, meaning the following:
Unworn and unwashed.
No damage (including but not limited to tears, snags, or fraying).
No stains or marks (such as makeup, sweat, or dirt).
No odors (including perfume, cigarette smoke, or laundry detergent).
Complete with original packaging and all tags still attached.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned with visible wear, damage, or in any condition that prevents it from being resold.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’, ‘CLEARANCE’, or ‘MYSTERY BOX’.
Items that are returned with visible damage, stains, or missing tags.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@meriple.com with:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
If the return is due to a quality issue, please attach clear photos of the defect.
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for any lost return packages.
Return Shipping Fees
Customer Reasons: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, fit issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Our Responsibility: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
Original Shipping: The shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer you the following options:
Free replacement (we cover the return shipping costs).
Full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 4-5 business days), we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Customs & Duties
Please note that we are unable to refund any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during the initial delivery or return process. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
